"Mr. Norvell came out in under 18hrs. To put in some new fittings, and get my brand new propane Range hooked-up. He was very clean, and pleasant while in my home. (Ihad no clue so much was involved with the new ranges.) His rates were better than what my propane provider was going to charge me for the same job ( and they weren't going to fit me in for another 6 days!) I absolutely recommend Novell & Associates ...."

He said it’s where the water goes down and turns into a “Y”. We had a plumber and he tried to use an auger and got some of the smaller roots but the is a larger one that he shaved the sides out. Brights say they have to do this periodically to keep the tree roots out.
