Comment: We are trying to finish our house so we can sell it for profit. The basement is dry walled, but it also has the hot water take and exposed heat pump and piping. It has a door that comes in from the outside that has a water issue once and awhile which would need to be addressed. There is also a crawl space in the back of the basement that could be used for storage. And we need to do this for as little as possible. :(
