This contractor was professional. He showed up when he said he would and would call ahead if he would be delayed. The job started and finished on time. My only issue was that he charged me extra to install a mirror, toilette paper holder and towel bars since they were not specifically itemized in the contract. I felt that since these items had been removed during demolition, the installation of the new items would have been included in the contracted costs.
