I called them for help with a squirrel that was in my attic. The techs who came out were professional and I was happy with their work. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because there were some communication problems with the office. They missed my first appointment and didn't follow up like they said they would. But overall that was not a big deal.

Comment: I own a half of duplex. The other half of the duplex had a significant fire in the rear of the building.
