Head and shoulders above my interactions with ADP, who really seemed to not really want my business or have a system that's designed to work in today's internet/wireless world. Comment: Currently have a local security system approx 10 y/o. Current system has 2 Ademco keypads, sensors on 4 exterior doors, 3 motion sensors and 3 key fobs, a central panel, wired system and an in house siren. The goal of the project is to install current technology -keypads, and door contacts, battery etc. I think the basic wiring is ok need everything to sync up and work fine. The motion sensors should be fine. I would also like the new technology to be upgradeable if we wish to do remote control and/or monitoring. The first goal is getting the local system working fine and dependably.
