Very polite, very easy to talk. Fixed sink drainage problem fast, even cleaned up after work was performed. I will want to work with Vaughn's plumbing in the very near future

Replaced hot water pipe from the water heater to the basement sink and put in hot and cold shut off valves. Customer service from the two technicians was outstanding.
