The project included, among other things, installing solar tubes/sky lights in two room, re-modeling the sunroom, painting the entire interior of the home and replacing flooring though-out the entire home. There were additional items that came up as the project went on, John and Trisha listened to what I requested, if it was something not advisable they explained why and helped find a solution to my satisfaction. All work was done in a timely and professional manner. All debris was removed each day. They kept the schedule we agreed to. Peter was the only contractor of five that I enlisted with Service Magic that said I should have a permit for my windows from the city of Arvada. All the others said it was not necessary. Peter mentioned the cost was minimal to do this, but it gave me an extra layer of security that they did the project right. Anymore, if you don't pull a city municipality permit for your project it could come back later as a nightmare when you go to sell the home. The new buyers will require that you document this. D.
