This company is above board in honesty since they were not able to help me. Most companies would charge a nominal fee just to come to the house. They could not accomplish the job I wanted them to do so they did not charge me anything.

Wonderful experience working with James Campbell. James is very helpful and knowledgeable with outstanding customer service skills. The team arrived on schedule and cleaned my newly purchased 2300 sq. ft. home from top to bottom. The crew went over and above my expectations. I am highly satisfied with their work and have already referred the company to many people. I plan to continue using their services. A job well done!

My recent tenants left my home trashed. I was only able to be in town for a holiday weekend and needed to arrange a thorough cleaning. I called on a Monday and James was able to arrange a cleaning on Wednesday! They did a fabulous job and made my home livable again. It was not an easy job. James provides incredible customer service and was very sympathetic to my plight. I am pretty picky about home cleaning, and I recommend Ozone hands down. Don't mess with big corporate cleaning services. They are not thorough. Ozone is family- owned and they take pride in their work.

They did an great job the frist time, they said they would call and I have not heard from them since. The arrangemnet was for every two weeks and now after the first, excellent, cleaning I need to get anotehr cleaner. Not happy. They do a great job, but I wanted a regualr service and that was not what I got.
