"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Pleasure to work with, from first call to completion of project. Communication was excellent - a reschedule, confirmation of everything the day before arrival, quote, etc. Arrived right on time and handled what, appeared to me to be a complicated and involved ethernet wiring project, quickly and professionally. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever and would recommend to anyone. Many thanks to Rob and Computer Zone!"

"Bear Cable guys did an outstanding job on a not so easy project. They stuck with it till the problem was resolved. I highly recommend them and I will be calling on them again."

"I am a business owner who has multiple properties and in my career I have worked with many companies. PL2S has been the most professional company I have dealt with. Very professional, prompt, responsive, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using for my next repair."

My name is Daniel Hood, owner of HoodTechSolutions LLC. I’ve always been the person friends, family, and neighbors call when something won’t connect, won’t print, won’t sync, or just won’t behave. Over time, that passion turned into a full‑service tech support business built on trust, professionalism, and genuine care for the people I serve.

"I was very pleased with the work done by this company and plan to hire them again. They got here quickly and finished the project and record time. The young gentleman was manageable and very knowledgeable.(he is an engineer which made the project go very quickly.) I would highly recommend him if you need any small projects around the house done but he can handle things much larger than that because he is an engineer and graduated from Alabama. If you want prompt service that you’ll be totally satisfied with you need to hire this young man."
