"I used Zia for two repairs/install. The first was to fix my crashed computer which I was unable to fix with assistance from Cox Complete Care. Zia did the job and got me back up and running. He is very professional, courteous, polite and shows up on time. I hired him again when it was time to replace my existing computer and replace the outdated Microsoft Outlook which is being phased out. Again, pleased with the services. Zia noticed my Cox email storage was almost at max. We called Cox to get it additional storage, but they are phasing out of the email portion of their services. So Zia configured archive files so that I could resolve the issue. I was happy he noticed this and I was able to still receive my email. Highly recommend Zia."
