The repair cost wasn't excessive, but given the current price of laptops, you can easily spend more on repairs of an older laptop than the cost to purchase a new one. Another thing to be aware of is, without advising you Warren wants to install a remote access APP on your computer so he can diagnose issues remotely. In my case the computer would not allow him to install the software. I suggest you clarify this item before he does work on your computer. Other than these minor items, I would recommend Warren."
