"It was such a pleasant experience. It was Memorial Day. We had just moved into a new home and, after having cable company come out to hook up internet and TV, we were still having issues. They contacted us within one hour and scheduled first available on the day after Memorial Day. We found them through Angi with high recommendations. This was a job involving ‘old’ Bose, not wireless, speaker system, new TV, and personal modem and router. We needed it to be controlled by one remote, but knowing that the DVD player would have its own remote. They came right in and very comfortably, and with much knowledge and assessment of the challenge, just corrected everything that was hooked up without leaving messy cables everywhere. Added challenge was connecting sound from the TV for my husband’s wireless system for hearing aids due to a stroke. They stayed until they knew hearing aids, router and modem were all working with our older sound system. They explained everything regarding use of the controls on the remote.
