He offered to give us a loaner laptop while he worked on our laptop. He then helped us choose a new laptop, and then offered to help us transfer all of our information. He made sure the job was completed. He went above and beyond our expectation to help us with our situation. The response time via text, phone, and email was timely!! I would highly recommend this company for any computer services!!"
