"The technician was really very helpful especially considering the number of communication systems and wires all in the same closet. I was only disappointed because, without checking with me, he installed a phone jack next to another phone jack, leaving a very unprofessional look . Also, although he tried very hard, he was never able to remove or override a greeting phrase in our Panasonic telephone system so that whenever someone calls, they receive twice in a row : "I'm sorry no one is available to take your call,. If you would like to leave a message...." So it seems a little unfinished. On the other hand, he worked for about 4 hours and now we can used our phone system; we had been almost 4 years without being able to have people call in."
