"Very helpful, I would recommend him for any of your home theater needs."

"John is extremely responsive and easy to work with. He helped my parents get their universal remote working again. He patiently explained how their smart TV worked and how to get to apps on their existing TV. We returned a new TV we had bought because we thought the problem with their access to apps was due to the old TV not being compatible. John also shopped and installed a new cable modem and hard-wired a mesh network to save them money on their existing Xfinity modem rental and provide better coverage throughout their home. John thought rewiring their existing sound system that had controls in each room of their home was a bit beyond his scope of knowledge. He felt comfortable working with the speaker wiring, however, he was not certain how to get the existing data wiring to work with a sonos sound system we were thinking about using. He said that he could probably do some research and figure it out, but that it would be costly for him to do so. While we were disappointed he could not help us with this issue because we liked and trusted his work, we very much appreciated his honesty."

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Got my computer running again"

"I will recommend Carlos and AV Tech to my friends and neighbors who are going to cut the cable cord and install a TV antenna in the attic."

"I highly recommend Joe. He responded promptly to my inquiry, quoted me a fair price for the work and the quality of his work was excellent. Joe is a skilled electrician that completed a number of difficult renovation type installations for us. We would not hesitate to call him again for any future services."

"I was more than pleased with the help I received from Mr. Rizio and his son, Mark. I had mistakenly opened an email that was from a hacker and was worried my computer was badly compromised. Mr. Rizio, working remotely with Mark at my computer, checked everything out thoroughly. They spent a great deal of their time helping me understand some "computer stuff" that had been well beyond my grasp. I feel much better about everything - all my questions were answered. These two guys are extremely knowledgeable, very open and communicative. They made what I feared would be a stressful process fun and my computer is running much better and my mind is at ease. I highly recommend this company for these reasons and more and will bring them back in the future as needed."

"Very efficient, good communication throughout the process, on time and reliable."
