Instead, he arranged a remote connection and I would be able to keep the computer at home and he would do the virus removal from his place. It would be finished that night and when I would wake up the next day, I would still have my computer at my house. The antivirus service cost less than any other computer repair I've been to. While the upgrades added more to the bill than I had intended to spend I knew it was needed for a few years now and was intending to find someone to do that work. I watched him do the upgrades and he obviously knew what he was doing and the work was done quickly and expertly."
