"Robert scheduled an appointment on the day that I called, arrived promptly, fixed the internet connectivity problem in 20 minutes and then spent the next 3 hours replacing the router and reconfiguring our entire home network and all computers and printers. The fee was exactly as described prior to the delivery of services, and very, very reasonable for the amount of work performed.
