"We had a wonderful experience with John's Audio Video LLC. John installed a new entertainment system in our home, including a sound bar and outdoor speakers. John was on time, on task, professional, and neat. He was knowledgeable and responsive with our questions. We highly recommend John's Audio Video."

"Mike responded to my inquiry and came out same day to fix my stereo system which required him to reprogram the universal remote after Comcast installed X1 and clean up the mess a previous installer did wiring the system. He was outstanding and I would highly recommend him. He will be the first person I call for any Audio/Visual issues in the future."

"My elderly dad unknowingly became a victim of scammers who installed malware on his computer (Trojan Horse, among other things). When my dad asked me for help, I turned to Mike. Mike is someone I had used 10+ years ago for a similar problem I had with my own computer. Mike had my dad's computer sorted out with a minimum of fuss and with utmost professionalism. I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again and would highly recommend him if you're having similar issues."

"I’ve been dealing with this co since 2015 and they never disappointed me. If a emergency visit is needed due to a issue (Xfinity can’t handle) or just updating your system they are there immediately and this day and age service like that doesn’t exist. Mike Beers has been a life saver him knowing my situation (I’m bedbound tv is everything) he always becomes available for me & had assisted picking out over 6 TVs though out the years and they all still work!! He even will get the best price for you and will advise which tv suits your needs. Also the service side is just as wonderful always available and always able to fix the issue in a timely manner. (For example a storm blew out power) Again this type of sales/service just doesn’t exist everywhere. If your looking to update your tv or surround sound contact Mike he will help you with all of his knowledge."

"They did a great job putting together an office/gaming center for us. Very polite, professional, and their work was excellent."
