Rick and his partner, Sam arrived exactly on time, along with another very proficient helper, and treated my home with care, as if it were their own. They voluntarily covered their shoes while working inside, and provided protective dropcloths in every possible place that they anticipated they would have to work. They took extreme care in my attic also, as I had discussed with them that was a worry to me, since there was so much other wiring and equipment located there that could be dislodged or damaged. Not a problem!!! They installed 10 cameras and 3 remote monitoring systems in one day, which was exactly what they had promised. They did not stop working until they were completely finished. These guys are extremely professional, yet friendly and patient, they work FAST, and as a team. Their workmanship and work ethic is amazing. Once the cameras were placed and working, they downloaded the information I would need to three computers and my Iphone, and, after a very long days’ work, continued to stayed on and explain the fine points of the Hard Drive unit. They went over the computer systems individually and explained everything to me at length. They answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. They also said to feel free to call them at any time if I should need a follow up or further instruction on anything. While Rick was finishing up answering some of my final questions, Sam was cleaning up everything, vacuuming, putting furniture back into place, setting things back in order, and when they left, the place was spotless. It had even begun to rain during that day, and it was very cold, but they never considered quitting. There was not a sloppy footprint, a scuffed wall, or a thing out of place when they left. It was as if they had never been here. Unbelievable!! I am very satisfied with this company, Echo Systems Solution, Inc., and the fine people who run it. I highly recommend them. They will not disappoint you."
