He is very professional, courteous, polite and shows up on time. I hired him again when it was time to replace my existing computer and replace the outdated Microsoft Outlook which is being phased out. Again, pleased with the services. Zia noticed my Cox email storage was almost at max. We called Cox to get it additional storage, but they are phasing out of the email portion of their services.
