"I corresponded with Robert via Angie's List and the team actually arrived early on the day they said they would. I was very happy they had immediate availability so we go the sound bar installed before Thanksgiving visitors. It was Robert and an assistant (forgot his name, sorry!) and they did a great job. Our TV is inset in a box on the wall and we needed them to raise it slightly to make about 1/2 inch of space on the bottom for the sound bar to rest. They understood immediately and were very knowledgeable. The installation looks and performs perfectly. No mess and the sound quality is now awesome. They spent time and showed me how to use the new remote and I feel confident I can operate it all. We will definitely call them again for other jobs as needed. Thanks!"

"I think I've had Tom at both of our homes and he's done everything from TV mounts to full home theater installs. Some of the jobs are really easy for him and some of the jobs are rather difficult especially when running cables. He's very punctual and easy to communicate with. There are always issues with every project whether it's audio-visual stuff to building a pool but Tom and his son always communicate and let you know the solutions and associated cost prior to performing the work. I really do believe that the cost is a phenomenal value. I've left the house open for him while I'm not there and he goes above and beyond and takes care of my dog and sends me a picture of the closed garage door when he leaves the home. "The Tech was very good with communication, and he did a wonderful job putting up the television. The only thing I had the slightest complaint( not really even that) is the price I was charged just to take one television off the mount and place another TV in its place, but other that he was very professional and quick. I will definitely recommend using them again. Even though I didn't agree 100% the fee, I still believe it was well worth the value of having a professional help to install/ mount my very expensive TV."
