During the second install, I requested if they know how to hook up the home theater system n receiver and with an additional cost, they agreed. I gave them the check immediately.
The work started, and they realized one of the cables would that is supplied with the home theater would not work, hence they will come back with a new wire. That took two weeks to come back, and again a different/wrong wire was brought and I was being told they would come back with the right one, and I agreed, and it has been more than two months now, and I could not get hold of them at all.
I am kind of worried if everything is ok at their end, as they used to be responsive by the second, but now many weeks have passed n I did not get any response.
I am requesting or anyone who gets in touch with them to check on them, and please do remind them of this review.
