"Well, I was not looking forward to messing with my computer, it is older, and I'm still running Windows 7! I did not want to change the computer or the software until absolutely necessary. I was having assorted issues with it taking much longer to process files, and searching online. Within 30-45 minutes they fixed it and that was over a year ago, and it is still working like a new computer (well close to it, but great for its age!).
