"Good customer service and good techs."

"Audio Video and Security mounted our 55 inch television above our mantle and into our brick fireplace. Sam Shafeek did an incredible job and we will consult with Audio Video and Security prior to pursuing future work. The job site was left pristine and Sam even adjusted our television color so that the picture was better from the now higher viewing angle. Audio Video and Security was the lowest bid price that we received and the work was completed well before their estimated finish time. They were able to offer us an estimate and begin work immediately. Overall, an outstanding experience! Thank you!"

"Project was a new computer set up.involving an older I-mac and a new I=mac Mini and display. Had all the necessary gear to facilitate the project including high efficiency cables which accomplished data and application transfer in time efficient manner. During data transfer helped resolve an e-mail program issue on another computer on my home network. Recommended adapters needed tor accessory installation. Answered all questions on hardware and set up. Overall an excellent experience and would highly recommend."

"Had them install ceiling and side surround speakers running speaking wire in wall and mounting the speakers. The cut into the drywall fished the wire connected everything temporary closed the drywall holes in the ceiling then the returned a couple of days later to patch and paint the ceiling restoring it to the original state. Overall great job and I have a Dolby Atmos system."

"David was computer guy that took care of my highly infected desktop. He was knowledgeable, adapt and very professional. He didnâ t mind all of my questions and lack of techno skills. I will forever be in his debt for cleaning up my computer and making himself available to help me. Everything was told to me upfront. No surprises. It was a great experience for me. I highly recommend Pro-Techs PCS, LLC. THE BEST."

"The technician gave product and installation recommendations when I asked for them that both saved me money and maxed my AV experience based on the amount I wanted to spend."

"Mike ranks at the top of my list as to have someone like Mike that helped me with my computer problems. Mike is very knowledgeable, experienced, capable, friendly and easy to work with. He explained what he needed to do to help correct the problems on my computer. Mike let me know what he would charge me for his work and it is reasonable. He hooked me up to his computer so I did not have to leave my computer off with someone to get the work done. I just spent part of the evening with Mike and he was able to solve the problems that I had. I cannot thank you enough, Angie, for having Mike on your list. Where I live in central Minnesota, it has become nearly impossible for me to find someone who has the knowledge, experience and ability to help me with any computer problem that I may have now or later. I give Mike 5 stars + for what he did to help me, I enjoyed his pleasant personality and I plan to have him help me again in the near future. :) :)"

"Job well done. Mounted tv on fireplace and relocated 2 speakers professionally."

"Excellent communication. I m currently staying with my mom in another state. Wish they could come here and hang her tv because I know I can trust the quality of their work."

"Excellent work! I needed 3 televisions hung up and not only were the gentlemen flexible , but they were professional, and in out within the hour. Additionally, I cannot recommend their work enough! If you need something simple or complicated I suggest you call them to schedule your installation. On top of all that - their prices are very reasonable!"
