"I found Carlos searching the internet and his company trying to find someone to install a Starlink reciever up on the roof and run cable into our home. Carlos got back to me promptly, I sent him pictures of what we wanted to do, set a time up for him to come out. He came out, did the job, and both my wife and I are more than happy with the work he performed. Very reasonable rate in my opinion as well. Communication between us was excellent. Not certain what more you could ask for with a business. More than happy. It seems a lot of video audio stores do not want to touch you if thats not what you want them to do even though the scope of the work is similar with setting up a receiver and running cable. Carlos looked at the job per the pictures I sent him and said no problem."

"They were able to fix a horrible mess and got my computer/internet straightened out"

"It all went very well. Mike fixed my computer and I never even left home. I didn't have to disconnect it from anything. I simply gave him access and control."

"Malachi was the ultimate professional. Mounted 2 tvs in less than an hour, one into brick. I would recommend him to anyone."

"This company is amazing, prompt, efficient and gets the job done! I operate off of several laptop computers and they've been wonderful to work with."

"Clarence Todman is a professional experienced networking specialist. We wanted to switch from expensive spectrum internet/Wi-Fi/tv service to a more affordable option. The first thing Clarence did was listen to our needs and questions. Then he surveyed our systems (3 tvs) to evaluate the capabilities of each. We discussed using streaming services like Roku and Hulu vs. spectrum, while keeping spectrum internet. He then installed the Arris surfboard Wi-Fi cable modem, interfaced by phone with spectrum technician to make the switch, showed us how to change network passwords, and then made a final walk through to be sure everything was working. We decided to continue using spectrum tv for the time being, but we are returning their modem and router and one of the cable boxes which will reduce our monthly bill. We plan to investigate streaming options (Roku, Hulu, and sling) to decide which we want. We will then have Clarence return to get our choices up and running so we can ultimately cut the spectrum cable tv cost down to simple internet. Clarence was patient and explained things thoroughly without getting down into â geekdomâ which we as elder senior citizens greatly appreciate. We highly recommend his expertise, professionalism, and gentlemanly comportment to others looking for similar services. After Clarence left, we were able to reset our multiple Wi-Fi devices. We couldnâ t be more pleased."
