"I called Magic Stone after a roofing company that was up on my roof doing an unrelated job noticed the crown on my chimney was falling apart. The roofers took pictures and indeed it needed to be replaced. Within 2 days I had someone from Magic Stone at my house, had the crown fixed and had a metal screen cap placed on top which was missing as well. They were able to fit me in and come out within days. The gentleman who I spoke to was kind and genuinely concerned when I called. Usually when you call a place your on a list and have to keep calling them back over and over to get to speak with someone-not here. The owner himself called me. Being a single woman I am always skeptical about dealing with contractors. I've been taken advantage of before. You really need to do your homework before calling anyone. Not here-I felt comfortable speaking with them and never got that vibe that  they weren't taking me seriously. Thank you Magic Stone for a job well done and for making me feel like I mattered.

"Great job cleaning out my chimney but piled the ivy they removed in my neighbor's yard on top of his leaves instead of putting them in my yard at the curb and he called me mad and I had to go out and remove them to my yard or the village wouldn't collect his leaves."

We had several estimates from other companies..We went with Sean because he really had a handle on what needed to be done and made us feel at ease with his expertise and know how.. Sean and his son are a real team.. The job from start to finish was 1 week..100 ft.of retaining wall 4 1/2 feet tall.. Including steps and lighting all around the wall. I would recommend Sean his son & crew for all jobs large and small when it comes to hardscaping and landscaping.. The price is more then fair and the workmanship is a 5 Star Rating."

"I can not rave enough about Tom and his crew. They are knowledgeable, honest, skilled, and just the nicest guys you’ll meet. From the start Tom was clear and concise on cost and the process. He communicated every step of the way. From obtaining the building permits to asking repeatedly “Is this what you are thinking?” He sent us a visual representation of what our deck would look like. During the build he worked with the Town to ensure all codes were met. When some of the building materials were not up to his standard he went back and ensured we had the absolute best quality even if it delayed him by a day. We have already scheduled him and the crew for our next update. His crew are just amazing too. There is a high level of respect between them and Tom and they also are detailed focused ensuring the best quality product. The inspector even commented that this is the best work he’s seen. They cleaned up all the materials after. This is the team you want!!"

"Mike was very attentive to our specific needs. Vinyl work was excellent and they also installed 4 entrance screen doors. However, his workers installed the door handles wrong. Mike said they would take care of redoing the handles but it has been two months and they have not been fixed. We had to put signs on our doors so people will push the handles upward instead of down. This is embarrassing to have to do."

Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
