"I found Dreamscape on Angi, and Tom Rozier and his crew did a fantastic job transforming my daughter's back yard while her husband was deployed. Working within my budget, Tom figured out how to replace a weedy, worn patio with something polished and beautiful that reminds me of the yellow brick road. Led by Tom's wonderful #2, Larry, Dreamscape provided plantings flanking the "road," in the corners of the yard, and in front--everything looks great. The leader of the crew who put down the hardscaping was a genius. In addition, Tom recommended Wright's Wells and Drilling to remediate the drainage problem that had long made the back yard unusable; Gary Wright worked miracles. Besides being likeable, Tom, Gary, and Larry are all seasoned professionals. They were communicative and helpful and worked within the constraints of weather and other jobs to get my job done before my deployed son-in-law returned. Heartily recommend Dreamscape."

"Project was done quickly once started, maybe too quick though. The ground wasn't tilled and leveled, the metal edging wasn't dug in due to ground not being tilled, edging wasn't used at the gate so gravel spills into lawn (they did leave me a piece so I can do it myself). The crew was polite and presented themselves very well. Could've been some misunderstanding of what I wanted (details) possibly. Overall fair as the edging sticks 4 inches above the ground. Had to check no to rehire, but it's not a solid no."

"My deck need to be recovered. When the old wood was removed, the structural deficiencies were identified and corrected and some needed upgrades were done beautifully. I now have a deck that is structurally sound and is visually appealing. We are going to enjoy this outdoor living spaces again! Mr.Smith and his son listened and responded quickly to my concerns. The lead carpenter did a fantastic job and his dedication to "doing it right" became evident immediately. The work done and the cleanup process definitely met my expectations. Would definitely use this contractor again."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
