From the very first meeting he was very clear and straight forward regarding what exactly would need to be done to remove the very large amount of bamboo and a dead cherry tree on our property. Not only did they show up early to get the job started but during unexpected problems, due to the intensity/large amount of bamboo, he was very clear about what they would need to do next, so we were never left guessing. The before picture is from our home's listing and doesn't show the full scale of how much bamboo needed to be removed, but paints a decent picture. Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. Grady started the project with no money down and only required ongoing payments for materials until the project was well underway. The final payment was due only after they did a final inspection. Total project cost was also below other bids."
