They removed and reused the bricks to create level and more functional storage areas. They put another pathway and stone steps into the slope down to the patio, which is now also finished with pavers. Nicolas was attentive to details and added requests, and guarantees their work and that you will be happy with it. We would recommend them and use them again without hesitation."

(Fescue installed by builder in 90 degree heat prior to closing!, then wasn't watered and builder went out of business so no recourse there.) When Jon began doing our lawn we asked him to re-sod thinking that was our only option, but instead of taking advantage of that opportunity for himself he told us he thought he could bring the lawn back (which would save us a fortune!) if we installed a sprinkler system and gave him a few seasons to aerate/over seed/treat for weeds etc. We followed his plan and within a year the lawn looked amazing (and even within just a few months it looked 90% better!) and now it is one of the best lawns in the n'hood. I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. Also, this was my first time with "Angi", I hope to use their services again in the future."
