"Alex and his team were absolutely fantastic! This was the second time I used them in the past year and they did not disappoint. I hired them to remove stone veneer around my foundation that was falling off due to poor workmanship from a prior contractor and then install new stone, as well as install bluestone on my front stoop. They were extremely professional and meticulous in completing the work. Their daily positive attitudes, attention to detail and cleanliness made them a pleasure to have around our home. They were always punctual, respectful and friendly, which goes a long way in enhancing the experience. Alex was adamant about providing the best service possible, and was never once rude or off-putting when I had questions. I can not say enough good things about him or his team. We will absolutely be using him to build a staircase/walkway from our the side of our home to our back patio. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!"

"We hired Romeo from R&M Masonry to redo our front porch and steps with granite and stone veneer. Romeo and his helper Edison were very meticulous about their work. They started the work on the day we had planned and the job was complete in 1 week. When he came to assess the job he knew exactly what needed to be done to stop our steps from sinking. They were excellent workers and cleaned up beautifully. We dealt with Romeo’s son John who drew up the contract and explained everything perfectly. We would highly recommend them. We are planning on having them come back in the fall for another job!"

"Excellent work repairing my stone wall at a very affordable price. They were able to complete my project and add drainage in a days work, very responsive and professional"

"Jimmy and his crew repaired our crumbling, ugly front terrace and turned it into a blue stone and natural stone masterpiece. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished with the project. The price was fair and Jimmy and his crew knew what they were doing. 10 out of 10 would recommend."

"Front of my stairs were starting to crumble and looked gross. I was having a hard time finding a permanent solution, at a reasonable price, and had curb appeal. Had a couple quotes but I’m glad I went with Design and Build Masonry LLC. Very nice people, family owned, and did an awesome job! Will be having them take care of some more projects for me."

"They were very professional, explained everything they were doing for this project, answered any questions or concerns I had. The retaining wall when completed was exactly how they described and looks fantastic! I would recommend them to anybody and have had numerous neighbors comment on how nice it looks. Excellent workmanship!"

"They were wonderful! The best price of the 4 contractors we contacted. The only contractor that understood our desire to reuse the existing bricks. They arrived promptly, worked hard all day and left the area as clean as they found it. I highly recommend this company and would hire them again in a minute!"

"They are a hardworking father and son team. The stone wall they built is beautiful. True craftsmen."

"Erlin was very easy to work with. He took time to really look at the job in question and provide me with one of the best and most competitive quotes in the area. The materials he used were top notch as was the quality craftsmanship of the work. He was also able to get my project on his schedule super quickly (within a few days) and completed the entire raising of my existing walkway to eliminate a step and a complete resurfacing in stone of the existing cement steps in a single day. Not only was the stone work and masonry completed professionally, but the clean-up of the site was incredible as well. The surrounding lawn area was cleaner than when they showed up for the job. I highly recommend Shkembi Masonry!!!! I would hire them in the future for sure."

"M & R Masonry Co is family owned and NOT sub contractors. My two retaining walls were leaning, threatening my pool. In spite of their busy schedule , they came when they said they would , performed the work in the time they estimated it would take and brought in extra men to achieve this. Did a marvelous job. Their work is done with thought and great care. They are an amazing father and son team and I recommend them highly and am having them do other work for me that needs their expertise. I rate them 5 stars. They were also clean and neat and very considerate.""
