"I hired Martinez to remove and replace the tuckpointing on 2 sides of my home. He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but he was the most honest of the contractors I had come out to my home. I would highly recommend him to others and intend to have him come back out to do my third side in the near future. He is professional and courteous and just a great guy."

"brick patio delapidated mortar steps and walls repaired, replaced"

"One of the best companies in brick wall reconstruction and tuckpointing."

"It was a great decision!! The front of my house looks so updated and the new porch and steps are so comfortable to ascend and descend. Sam and crew tore out the old concrete and put in beautiful brick and stone. My paver patio in the back yard is the beginning of some overdue landscaping. Very pleased!"

"Marlon Tuckpointing did a professional and seamless job on my chimney. I had missing mortar, discoloration, and a cracked and worn down chimney crown. Marlon came out right away and performed an assessment, made everything clear (including the price), and stayed in contact with me during the entire process. What impresses me most is their accuracy in workmanship, including the type/color match of mortar as well as the waterproofing work that protects my home from damage. When homes are 60+ years old, it is time to start thinking about the mortar and brick that holds your home together. While durable, over time, sacrificial mortar degrades and it's time to call in a professional to maintain the look and stability of your biggest asset. I am confident that you can trust Marlon Tuckpointing to do the job and am happy to recommend them."

"I highly recommend Vargas Tuckpointing. Adrian Vargas and his team do great work at a fair price. They are upfront and honest and will let you know what is needed without trying to oversell you on work that isn't needed. This was my 2nd time using them, and they will always be my first call going forward. Tuckpointing and chimney look great and they cleaned up leaving the areas of the driveway and yard they worked in looking better than before they started."

"Removed brick veneer from one section of our house and installed in another area. They installed stone top caps on a brick half wall across the entire front of our house and white washed brick. They also repaired our brick chimney and brick HVAC exhaust stack."

"My request for a chimney tuck pointing bid was handled promptly, everything was clearly explained, and the bid was very reasonable. James arrived on the agreed upon start date. James is very personable, does excellent work, and we highly recommend Milburn Building Maintenance. As a matter of fact, we will be using MBM again for some driveway repair."

"They showed up on time everyday. Friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. My foundation has been dry since they?ve done work on it. Would hire again!"

"Excellent job. Courteous and professional. More reasonably priced than others. Left site clean and returned as promised to waterproof. Highly recommend"
