Within 2 days of our call, Joe Tavella (Owner) came to our home to give us an estimate. We explained what our ideas were and Joe even added further suggestions to improving the design. Joe, through his expertise and knowledge was able to do what 3 other contractors told us they couldn't do. After knowing this and with a fair quote, we asked Joe when can he start the job. The job was then completed in a very timely manner (in 1 day). Joe and his team were neat reliable, efficient, meticulous and took real pride to producing top quality work. End result...Perfection at it's Best! Beautiful stoops to last a Lifetime! Without hesitation we look forward to having Long Hill Masonry do another project for us. Would highly recommend."

"Upon a recommendation from a neighbor, we requested an estimate from Quality 1st for two jobs -- inspect and repair a brick chimney and repair our stone porch which had started to sink. Oscar came out within a couple of days, talked about the project, sent us an estimate and we hired his company. Couldn't be happier. Oscar told us the job would take one day, and we were a bit skeptical about that. But he did it and he did it well! Two crews came out and while one tackled the repair and repointing of our chimney, the other worked on our porch. Watching the crew repair the porch was amazing. We requested all the stones be reused because they were original to the house. When each stone was lifted, it was placed "puzzle-like" on a tarp, and after reinforcement of the sunken parts of the porch, the stones were replaced in the the same manner in which they were removed. The chimney is fixed and no longer losing bricks. We trust every bit of the work performed that day. The crew was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable--and Oscar worked right beside them. I would absolutely hire Quality 1st Maintenance again."

"We hired Stewart to remove old pavers, mismatched stones and a defunct pond and install new Cambridge pavers. We, also, hired Stewart to replace well worn boards and railings on 2 decks with composite decking and new wood railings. The new pavers and decks are beautiful; the craftsmanship is impeccable. Stewart was always available to answer questions and kept us up to date about the project via text, phone or in person. He did everything he said he would do within the time frame he said he would do it in. I would definitely hire Stewart again; Iâ m already in the process of discussing another project with him. "Prompt. Called first. Postponed appointment when rain predicted (highly professional). Carefully sealed leaks in chimney and applied waterproofing to bricks. Replaced crown and installed caps. Returned twice (once without charge) to find the few minor remaining leaks. Chimney dry for the first time in years. Friendly, courteous, thorough. Extremely satisfied."

"Moises and Edward and the crew did a repair of my facia. They told me to get PVC so it would last longer. They also repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted. They did perfect work. Did so good I kept finding more work for them because it looked so good. They are so polite and respectful and right on time. Also they are very fair with their prices and don't push for or more work. I now consider them friends. Don't waste you're time because you won't beat their prices. They can do anything too. Bathroom, kitchen, floors. I will hire them again they are the best."

"We called Dunrite initially for a cleaning (both oil and wood chimney), which was done very well; during the cleaning we were informed that the liner for the oil chimney needed to be replaced. Additionally, our outside bricks on the chimney were in need of TLC (repointing etc.) We got bids from Dunrite and 2 other vendors, and decided to go with Dunrite (one of the other bids was $1000 more!) It was also nice to be able to pay with a credit card. The guys worked hard and fast in blistering heat without complaining. The office people were terrific too. We were very happy with the work and the price."
