"From the initial contact to the final payment, the representative was always friendly and courteous. They repaired all the areas that had begun to break down (original stonework done in 1990) and added a sealant to hopefully will give added protection going forward. All the workers were professional and did a through job protecting the surrounding areas as well as doing a complete cleanup afterwards."

We requested a bid from "Chimney Solutions", and a very knowledgeable technician (Quinton) gave us a comprehensive explanation of his approach and an understanding of the skill sets required to have a successful outcome. With all the improvements and repairs (a new low-profile...cleverly placed gas shut-off valve and the hearth stone artfully restored to include gas fireplace logs reinstalled with thoughtful precision) the work area was left clean and you would be hard pressed to know that we had workmen here all day. "We made a picture of the area and sent to the contractor.  We arranged to have the crew come when on site for other work.  The leader of the crew came by and looked at the area and advised when he would be back to do the work.  They delivered the product late one day but did not start because rain was expected that night.  It did rain so it was good that the job did not commence until early the next day.  They came at 7 A.M. and began work.  The job was completed that day.

We laid out the design with paint and the crew followed as we wanted.  Putting the design in place was key to ensuring we got something other than a "plain-Jane" patio."
