"Our 16 year old brick paver walkway was falling apart and overrun by weeds and moss. Old technology was used for construction. The bottom step of our brick front landing had also separated from the upper two steps. We consulted Rich for an evaluation. He advised ripping out the bottom step of the landing and bringing the walkway around in a slightly tighter path. He met us down at Landscape Depot Supply in Shrewsbury to chose the pavers. We found everyone to be very helpful there. Rich's team made quick work of dismantling the old walkway and was able to re-use the granite steps. They placed underground PVC pipe to help with drainage issues from the downspouts. He used a polymeric sand to set the pavers which means my days of pulling weeds out between the bricks are over! He came back three weeks later to install the landscaping, removing a failed prior landscape design first. Laid down some sod and applied bark mulch. Everything looks beautiful. He has a keen eye for design and is able to translate that into his work. He has a pleasant personality and is very approachable. His team is respectful of personal property and picks up after themselves."

"We've worked with 4 or 5 other landscaping companies over the years, and they were ok. But Narrow Lane is in a completely different class. All the work was done promptly and efficiently, and the quality was outstanding. The extension of the paver walkway looks better than the original, and addition of the cobble border around the pebbled area makes a real difference to finished look of the yard. I especially appreciated extra touches: we had put in our own stone border where they put the cobbles, and rather than just dispose of the stones, they used them else where to prevent erosion. We were so pleased with the work, that we signed up for regular yard maintenance with them."

In addition to replacing the damaged clapboards, there was underlying structural repairs and carpentry/insulation work needed on all the windows. Derek and James responded immediately so we were able to get the work done before more water damage could occur. They do quality work, are attentive to detail, communicate well and clean up their workspace everyday. While here, we also had them repoint the stone foundation of the house to prevent and water leaks/rodent entry. They did a great job on that project, too. Couldn't be more pleased."
