"Excellent Company. They were very responsive and were on time for the estimate. The information I received was very helpful. We had done foundation repair on our home, but there were many areas with cracks and mortar missing. Also an old intercom speaker had to be removed and there was a 2x4 inch hole in the brick from that. We thought the bid was reasonable, so contracted with them for the work. We are extremely happy with the result. There is no evidence at all of any cracks in the brick. The mortar has been filled in and everything matches completely. You can't see where any work was done. We can't even see where the hole for the intercom used to be! The work was completed in one afternoon. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone in the office and field was pleasant and easy to work with."

"We first hired Deck and Patio to build a new back yard deck with a pergola cover and walkway back in 2015. They showed us pictures from a variety of their past jobs and their references were so impressive that we also hired them to build a stone firepit off the deck, and added accent lighting along the walkway and deck. The finished work was so impressive that we are still (even today) getting comments from guests and even other service people that our back yard is so beautiful, a great place to relax—and they are right. It was not without some glitches along the way—for example, the firepit did not drain off the rain water properly at first. Unpredictable events like this occur with every job, but the difference with this company is that Martin is so attentive and so focused on customer service—they actually stayed with it until the problem was solved, and it has never occurred since. We cannot talk long about Deck and Patio without also referring also to the high level of workmanship and professionalism shown by the work crew. One of these, Charlie Fick, is particularly worthy of comment. A master painter, he takes the time to assess the needs of a job, including not just the color and tone of the paint itself, but the character of the wood and the way it takes the paint. Like Martin, he returns to check the quality of his work and measures it against a high standard. If he is not pleased with the result, he will repeatedly revisit the issue. He told me once that he looks at our place as if it were his own. Finally, our satisfaction with this company is so absolute that we are even discussing a regular program of maintenance in the future for the lighting system, pergola, stonework, and painting. Sam, the owner of Greenscape Innovations, came to the house exactly at the scheduled time to scope the project and give us a bid.  At our request, he gave us a partioned bid so that we could choose to do all or part of the requested work.  I requested some changes in the type and kinds of plantings.  Sam worked with me and we agreed on a list of plants. 

we accepted his bid and the next day his office manager scheduled an appointment.  his crew showed up exactly on time and completed the patio in one day.  the next day they landscaped the front yard.  the work done was exactly as shown in the final diagram.  they were unable to finish laying all the sod necessary that day, but came back later and finished laying it.

the crew was very professional, did quality work, and cleaned up at the finish of each day.

we had paid one-half of the amount of the bid upfront and Sam did not bill us for the remaining amount until all the work was completed.

we were so impressed by the work that was done that we requested a bid from Sam for continuing lawn maintenance.  his bid was reasonable and we signed a contract.  his crews have done our lawn maintenance for 2 months and we are very satisfied with it.
