"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommend Platinum Pro Chimney — Exceptional Service! When I contacted Angi looking for a technician to repair my gas-burning fireplace, I immediately heard from George. From the start, he asked all the right questions and was incredibly patient as we discussed the best course of action. As our conversation continued, George recommended “The Fireplace Doctor”—someone experienced with even the most challenging fireplace problems. He was absolutely right! Mr. Igor quickly diagnosed the problem and took the necessary steps to bring my gas fireplace back to life after five years of not working! He repaired it successfully and took the time to explain the process as he worked, which I truly appreciated. I’m extremely satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge, patience, and quality of service I received from Platinum Pro Chimney. These guys came in and did their inspection. They took me through every step; showing me the obvious dangers of my fireplace and chimney. Came back, fixed the trouble areas, and we now enjoy our fireplace!!! Thank you Bricks!!!"

"Jessica Bianchini, the set up person, was very efficient. We had a stone mason by the name of Ron who fixed a broken keystone in our front porch archway, and the break is now undetectable. We are having them come back to fix some stucco in several areas. They are very good and quick. Highly recommend and pricing is reasonable."
