"our front brick steps have sunk about 9 inches. They used hydraulic jacks to lift the concrete slabs. Then drilled into the foundation and tied into it with rebar. Then pumped cement back into keep the step-slabs level. They them repointed all of the steps. You can see the before and after pics here."

We requested a bid from "Chimney Solutions", and a very knowledgeable technician (Quinton) gave us a comprehensive explanation of his approach and an understanding of the skill sets required to have a successful outcome.
