"The quality of the craftsmanship and expertise and precision of Jae's work is exceptional. He's an artist. Jae's 16-year old son, Julian, joined him today and has a wonderful work ethic as well. The winding stone stairs in the front of the house look absolutely beautiful....power washed, re-grouted/cemented all the cracked and broken places, and smoothed and rewashed the stones. The paver bricks lining the driveway were wobbly and in disrepair. Jae disassembled the paver brick wall, chiseled and smoothed the ones in disrepair and rebuilt the wall AND power washed it to look like NEW. The exterior of my house has never looked better. We had a real issue with water coming in from holes in the brick from shutters and further facilitated by improper flashing from new roof we had installed 4 years ago. Everyone wanted to tear down all the brick and start over. Nelson's said no this can be fixed and fixed well and here is what to do to avoid issues in the future. With all the improvements and repairs (a new low-profile...cleverly placed gas shut-off valve and the hearth stone artfully restored to include gas fireplace logs reinstalled with thoughtful precision) the work area was left clean and you would be hard pressed to know that we had workmen here all day.
