Water was seeping into our cantilevered bay window that was surrounded by raised brick planter boxes. sitting four feet above the ground. The job demanded a “think outside the box” approach as this project had many layers. Henry devised a plan that included more than tuckpointing and repairing the brick walls. Working from the inside of the planter boxes out, insulation that included layers of materials previously absent were added, Cement, wood, stones and dirt on top. The brick was mortared and waterproofed and drainage holes were added. The estimate came back quickly; the crew was on time; completion of the work was done earlier than expected. Our yard was left in clean condition and Henry’s team found places for the extra dirt and gravel, eliminating the need for hauling away and paying for disposal of material."
