"Ten minutes after my appt. time I received a text from Mr Stone apologizing for the delay & stating he would be over in another 25 mins. I confirmed that we would be available since he was already on his way & rescheduled a later appt. Unfortunately he was 35 min out & I could have kept the rescheduled appt. When Mr Stone arrived he described the work that would be done to my satisfaction & quoted me a price that is below their set minimum but was only available if I contracted with him then & there. When I explained I had other appts that I wanted to keep he explained that the price would increase by $175 if I waited. I continued to state there would be no decision today & he left noticeably upset & said we would receive a contract at the higher price. Today when I went back to our correspondence I found they have all been removed & initially the ability to review them on Angi was also unavailable. I found this completely unprofessional & the hard sell unacceptable."

"Art came out today and personally re-rolled my new sod. He went over and beyond to correct this issue. He stands behind his work and I would highly recommend his company. Art is a great guy however his crew's workmanship is terrible. I had them re sod my backyard a month ago. I just moved it for the first time and it was like mowing a cow pasture with grass. There is not a flat spot in my entire yard."
