"Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. We do recommend Geico Builders and especially Victor to all who is looking for quality work."

"Vinny and his team did a wonderful job. They did twice as much work (both front and backyards) for half the price that another company quoted me for the backyard alone. Vinny gave great suggestions that improved on our original vision for the space. Vinny also has great foresight and suggested we redo the concrete and install irrigation to save money in the future. Good thing he did, because our neighbor told me that the yard was prone to flooding last year (during the previous owner’s tenure). "We hired Rare Earth Landscaping to reset (and expand) our patio which was uneven and a trip hazard. They took up our existing flagstone, removed a layer of dirt, and laid and compacted a crushed stone base. They made sure the patio was flat and drained properly. After carefully fitting (a giant jigsaw puzzle with both new and old stone intermixed) and leveling the stone, the joints were mortared creating a beautiful patio. We added some additional landscaping to the original bid and felt all the job was fairly priced. Rick’s crew was polite, on time, neat and real artisans. My wife and I highly recommend this company and have shared their details with friends."
