"East Coast Masonry did an amazing job from start to finish with our new construction foundation and brick veneer work! They were the first mason I’ve hired that professionalism and results exceeded expectations. We set a schedule upfront and they showed up to work daily. It was such a welcomed change to not have to call chasing them to show up."

"They did not come when they said they would, but someone called to warn us they were running late. When they got here, they were very fast and efficient. The lead technician really knew his stuff and explain what was going on. He found problems on the roof and was able to fix them as well. Overall, great experience and we will hire them again."

"Dominic and his team were outstanding! I asked him to help refresh my yard and create something special around my mailbox. He exceeded expectations by sending examples in advance of the best flowers and plants for the space. Dominic's expertise in horticulture is impressive, and he only suggests plants that will thrive in the environment. I highly recommend Dominic and his team!"

"Charles Locklear was very professional and was willing to work around my schedule as required. I'm building my house out of pocket and trying to keep cost down as much as possible. I did buy all materials for the project and Charles Locklear provided all the labor. My first quote from another masonry was around $16,000 for all materials and labor. I saved over $10,000 by doing most of the work myself and buying the materials. The footing for the foundation did not cost anything because the cement company had 25 yards of cement that needed to be dumped. The only problem was the cement set up very fast and I did not have the time to get enough people to help spread the cement. So the footing was not level. Charles had to first level the lower block before coming up with the wall. He never complained and the job was completed over the week-end. The only negative comment I had to say about Charles Locklear is that his equipment (cement mixer) needed repair during the job. But it was fixed immediately and lost very little time."
To refresh your living room without overspending, focus on cost-effective projects that enhance style and function. Start with simple DIY tasks like painting walls and adding new window treatments. For more complex living room remodeling updates, establishing your budget with a professional general contractor will help your project stay on track.
Remodeling a living room is generally less intensive than updating a kitchen or bathroom, which often involves complex electrical, plumbing, and structural work. Living room projects typically focus on aesthetic and functional improvements that can have a significant impact without extensive renovations. This means living room upgrades often cost less and require less labor, making them a cost-effective way to enhance your home's overall appeal.
