The owner Thiago, who oversees the project, was a pleasure to work with -- never used any pressure tactics, was very responsive to any questions, and gave a fair price. The two craftsmen who did the work were amazing! They arrived promptly every day, worked extremely hard, and did absolutely beautiful work. They hauled away all the old materials and tidied everything up when the job was done. We definitely would hire them again for a future project and highly recommend them."

I asked if I could have the salvaged bluestone. JB took care of the city permits, and the workers were there at 8 AM, prying up bluestone and piling it neatly in my back yard. "Before my long review just know you should use these guys I highly recommend the team at City Suburb! It is about 4 months post project and I am finally getting a chance to write a review. Had my brick front steps and landing completely repaired. The team replaced my broken stone steps, repointed the bricks, and poured a new concrete landing for me. The work was done in 3 days as quoted with the weather cooperating. They made little mess, cleaned while they worked, and cleaned up before they left everyday. Pricing was consistent with other quotes we received but the professionalism was what ultimately made me move forward. I had a digital contract for the work outlining the job, timeline, and cost the same day they came out to give me an estimate. I am going to have them come out and do additional waterproofing and stonework for me in the next few months."
