I have been in the industry now for 20 plus years under the names Shook Lawn Maintenance and PamScapes LLC. Those 2 companies were ran and owned by my mom, Pam Shook. There are stones that are sunk down, and many of the stones have the cement shrunk away from the stone itself. I contacted about repair, and the acid wash to finish, but was cut from contact. It has been a month, so I can only assume no intent to resolve. Disappointed in the follow up, and not standing behind the work. I expected more professionalism."
