We moved into a new construction home and needed a company that would help us create our backyard plan as well as submit drawings to our HOA. This was accomplished day 1 so that we could expedite our approval and start on the install. Emily was extremely prompt with her responses, and my questions and requests were answered immediately. There was no nickel and diming or upcharges with anything. Emily truly wanted to make sure we had an easy low cost project, and she did just that and then some. Where we were already overwhelmed with the complexity of the task (and the distress from the gas line leak), Kent reassured us that he would take care of everything.
