"We had a roof restoration done by Near Me Roofing Company and I'm amazed by how it turned out. we dealt with Ari and Elijah was very experienced and the workers who did the job knew what they were doing too"

"Bottom line up front: I would hire Maksim Max Chirva again if I needed more exterior/building work completed on my house in the future. Job: Repair/replace trim/siding on my two-story house prior to painting. Pros: current business license, bond, and insurance on file with WA state; communicative and responsive; fair cost estimates; no unnecessary padding in his estimate of scope of work; open to negotiation and discussion throughout the job; used high-quality materials; high-quality workmanship; efficient and thorough when on-site; corrected any of his own mistakes at no cost to customer; 85% cleanup job/hauling away old/used house trim materials. Cons: took a few days longer than necessary/than originally projected/proposed due to interspersed 4-day vacations (one or two days either side of a weekend - punctuality concern); lack of diligence keeping worksite cleaned of old/used caulk, nails, and wood chips from old trim (required a little bit of cleanup from customer)"

"Raphael and his team were great. They built a Hog wire fence and had it up within 1.5 days. Great quality and workmanship. I will definitely reach out to them again for other outdoor projects."

"Gutters are cleaner than a whistle inside & out. They arrived on time as scheduled & did the work quickly and efficiently; I plan to hire them yearly as gutters look brand new; they also pressure washed our sidewalks with great results!"

"Julio and his brother did a wonderful job fixing my fence. They had to replace 3 broken posts. They used very good quality posts and put a lot of cement to secure them into the ground. His price was also excellent and was half the price that his competitors quoted me. I was able to get an appointment very quickly. Thanks for the great job! Highly recommend!"

"Mike did an amazing job re-building our staircase and creating beautiful, stained stairs. The finish work turned out amazing."

"I needed a garden path from my house to my art studio, and I wanted it to match the concrete path already going from my house to the garage. Not a big job, but American Concrete Construction was willing to take it on. Their main guy, Sinisia Moli, came right out one day to evaluate the job, then returned the next day to survey, dig out the path, frame it, and put in rebar. Cement was poured the following day. And now I have my garden path. Which, incidentally, matches the other, much older path perfectly. ... Sinisia Moli of American Concrete Construction is a man of experience, good aesthetics, and common sense. He is also friendly, upbeat, and generally a pleasure to have around. Best of all, unlike so many of his colleagues who work in various construction trades, Moli talks to women. He doesn’t insist on talking to your husband. ... I am definitely keeping American Concrete Construction in mind for future projects."

"Ashlar construction did an excellent job. I was extremely pleased with the results."

"We couldnâ t be happier with the experience and work done by Bonner Tile and Stone. From the estimate, project acceptance, prep, tile install, grout, caulking, and clean up, it was a seamless and pleasurable experience. Jenny did an outstanding job, so professional, kind, and meticulous attention to detail. It was an absolute pleasure working with her and we look forward to hiring her again for our bathroom project next year. Thank you again Jenny!"
