"We hired Best Landscape & Construction to remove four large disintegrating timber planters and replace them with a combination of timber planters and a loose-stone wall. They did an excellent job. Company owner Abel Rivas responded promptly both to our request for an estimate and to several additions to the estimate, both before and during the project. On the second day, for example, we realized we had overlooked a small patio in the back of the yard that needed a rehab. Late in the day, just when his crew could have been packing up and leaving, they launched into that project, rebuilding the timber frame and re-laying the flagstone (cutting and fitting excess flagstones we happened to have, resulting in a much sturdier and more attractive raised patio). We were very impressed by the promptness and responsiveness of both Abel and his workers during the entire process. We would not hesitate to hire Best Landscape & Construction again."

"I met with Dave (project manager) and we discussed extent of work needed to restore my stone patio after many years of neglect. A key feature of the repair plan was to install a border around the stone patio. Dave also recommended that we pull up most of the lower patio and establish a good base for the stones, and repoint the upper patio where mortar joints were degraded. I decided to go with Daves recommendations and Lopez ( crew supervisor) and his crew did a great job restoring the patio. I am looking forward to pressure washing the stone to bring out the color after the mortar has fully cured. I could not be more pleased with the results!"

"Sadie Cruz from Henry Forrest bricked-up an old exterior door opening in my home. It was a difficult job because the brick house is 45 years old and the original brick was painted several different shades of tan and beige. I did have some of the original brick from installing a sliding glass door but other contractors said it would be too much work to clean the motar off the old bricks and reuse them. Sadie went the extra mile to go to 3 different brick yards to find bricks that match as closely as possible and he did clean up and reuse as many of the original bricks as he could. He also did beautiful finish brickwork around the new sliding glass door we installed. I am very pleased with his work and would definitely use him again."

They showed me some patio pictures, helped me on the pattern design, and listened to my request for reuse some old bricks. The patio was done in the planned schedule, and look very nice. They did great job. One thing might be improved is the communication. They seems busy in the summer time. Sometimes, I didn't receive response or receive response late for emails and calls."
