"Our driveway and steps to house were crumbling due
to last few bad winters. Called Joe end of May said he
would come over right away and did. Gave estimate and
he stuck to it. Said he would have it done by Fourth of
July. He and crew showed up during week of the Fourth,
Had the old stuff gone in less than a day and new driveway
and steps installed two days after that. We came back on the
Fourth and found him spraying down the driveway to cure it.
We had always had puddles and low spots in the old driveway
due to the lay of the terrain. We have had several heavy rains
since and the water runs right off in all spots. The New York
stone on the steps and landing look great.

"Mick the owner showed up exactly on time with his team and did an excellent job building the brick steps that I requested. Quick easy and efficient. Job well done"

"Turns out job needed is brick pointing. Unfortunately Luigi does not do brick pointing but was extremely helpful in educating me on the process, as well as providing me with a potential contractor to assist. Will definitely reach out to Luigi in the future for any mason work needed. Positive feedback posted in other reviews is very well deserved. Thanks Luigi!"

"Upon a recommendation from a neighbor, we requested an estimate from Quality 1st for two jobs -- inspect and repair a brick chimney and repair our stone porch which had started to sink. Oscar came out within a couple of days, talked about the project, sent us an estimate and we hired his company. Couldn't be happier. Oscar told us the job would take one day, and we were a bit skeptical about that. But he did it and he did it well! Two crews came out and while one tackled the repair and repointing of our chimney, the other worked on our porch. Watching the crew repair the porch was amazing. We requested all the stones be reused because they were original to the house. When each stone was lifted, it was placed "puzzle-like" on a tarp, and after reinforcement of the sunken parts of the porch, the stones were replaced in the the same manner in which they were removed. The chimney is fixed and no longer losing bricks. We trust every bit of the work performed that day. The crew was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable--and Oscar worked right beside them. I would absolutely hire Quality 1st Maintenance again."

"I had a photo of a brick pattern I saw in NC and shopped it around to several companies. Thiago was prompt in responding to my inquiry and providing an estimate. After a clarifications, we signed a contract and work began within a few months. The crew was super courteous and easy to work with. Any issues or concerns I had during the installation were immediately addressed without any hesitation or pushback. I am very pleased with the finished product."

"Wilfredo and crew did an excellent job repairing loosen brick steps and a handrail."

"Joe and Muhamed were professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the entire project. The work was clean and pristine. The timeline set forth had to be adjusted, primarily because of weather. Despite the delay, the work was completed quickly and within days of the original time frame. Joe suggested the brick facing, which enhanced my imagination of the final appearance of the wall and steps. Before it was finished, passersby commented on the uniqueness of the style in the neighborhood. The granite paving looks fantastic! The steps and platform are inviting and a joy to look at. I am completely pleased with the work and I've already started planning for more work on the house and roof."

"Working with the owner was 5 star, communication was on point, always returned calls immediately, able to text back and forth any concerns, sent me pictures at times when I was away from job site. Everything was excellent. He charged me to replace a gutter and brick repair what another contractor wanted to just patch up an old gutter. So glad I found him. Refreshing to find an honest, fair priced contractor."

"Muhammed Ali and his team were great! They arrived on time and were fast and efficient. They put up a stone tile wall and bathroom floor in two days. The original estimate was for three and the work is fabulous. These guys are pros at what they do. I m extremely happy and would highly recommend."
