"Well enough. There were some scheduling delays but nothing unusual. The quality of the workmanship on the tuckpointing seems good enough. The repairs were completed on time and within the agreed upon scope. The issue I have is the minor damage to a second floor coax cable line as it was torn from its anchors on the exterior brick. The workers did not seem to notice this, and it was left dangling off the front of the house, torn from the port. There was also a fair amount of mortar mix splatter on my fence, and a neighboring fence that I ended up cleaning myself. So the attention to detail and cleanup was not to my liking. They did clear my flat roof of leaf debris as I requested, which was really helpful."

"Can't say enough good things about our experience with AAA-1 Masonry & Tuckpointing. We had two holding walls with brick that was deteriorating. They power washed to identify which bricks needed to be removed and swapped out those bricks with new ones. In addition they replaced the capstones on the two walls with larger capstones to provide the walls more protection from the elements. Everything was sealed and completed flawlessly. The crew was experienced and professional. Since the work was done this summer, our walls don't even get wet from rain!
