"I interviewed 4 companies for leaking parapet repair on my garage. Mario and Andy were always very communicative and quick to respond when I asked questions. They started (and finished) the entire job on the schedule they proposed. The work is excellent. This job created a lot of dust and debris and they did a nice job of cleaning up every day. I'm am very glad I chose Touchstone. I have some other brick work that needs to be done on our main home and will almost certainly use Touchstone. "Well enough. There were some scheduling delays but nothing unusual. The quality of the workmanship on the tuckpointing seems good enough. The repairs were completed on time and within the agreed upon scope. The issue I have is the minor damage to a second floor coax cable line as it was torn from its anchors on the exterior brick. The workers did not seem to notice this, and it was left dangling off the front of the house, torn from the port. There was also a fair amount of mortar mix splatter on my fence, and a neighboring fence that I ended up cleaning myself. So the attention to detail and cleanup was not to my liking. They did clear my flat roof of leaf debris as I requested, which was really helpful."

"I had some major work done on my house this year and I went back to someone I trusted: Eddie, Manny and Mike from E&B Masonry. They did a porch project for me in 2018 and it was great. I used them again. They gave me a good price, but I also knew that they would get the job done right. They included me on each decision and checked with me through out the project. I had roofing repairs on my parapet wall where the previous owner had roofed over the limestone causing water building up. During this they found damaged bricks. They took pictures and video to show me what they needed to do. Then they did work on the outside wall where someone else I hired failed to do the tuckpointing. Finally, they installed all new concrete sidewalks from front to back and side to side. This included stairs going down to the basement. They had to pitch the concrete in creative ways and added a new drain to handle additional water. It looks fantastic. I am hiring them to do some additional jobs as well."

"Good. It took some back and forth to get the contract language the way I wanted it, but after that all went well. Alex is very responsive and professional. The masons did good work. They were not shy about replacing spalled common bricks. They grinded the old mortar to the depth as stated in contract. No shortcuts were taken. It was obvious these masons took pride in their work. Something that is getting rarer these days. I pointed out some smeared mortar on bricks and they cleaned it up right away. New bricks and mortar match the old well. They cleaned up after themselves. This is not a bargain handyman cash job. You see lots of shoddy tuckpointing in my neighborhood and it's sad. The fast cash guys don't grind the mortar down enough and the new mortar falls off after a few years. You'll pay more at AAA-1 but you get what you pay for. Masonry is an art and AAA-1 demonstrates that."
