"I have used Mason Works on a previous project in 2017 (new stone wall and front step repair) and was very happy with their work. This project was to replace driveway including matching previous stone wall, add granite curbing to right side and complete replacement of existing asphalt. Stone wall is great, granite curbing is great but does not fully match in size or color (they explained that this is typical when ordering granite) and driveway really is just OK. They use a more course asphalt mi than you'd typically see and they explained that it lasts longer. My issues with driveway: • Driveway not evenly smooth, quite a few rougher spots • Section on side of driveway that you can see it's not evenly rolled • They said to wait 5 days to park on it and I waited 3 weeks instead but there are several tire marks already from parking on it"

"After at least 30 years of major wear and tear, our bluestone patio around our swimming pool required a MAJOR restoration. The bids we got from folks ranged widely, but only Ion seemed to understand what it would take and came in with a more than reasonable bid. He also took the time to make certain we could deal with various daily tasks and even a major crisis (our water heater tank broke, flooding the basement in week two -- meaning they had to deal with heavy traffic in and around their working area at times). Despite the tumult, the progressed nicely throughout.... The restoration itself looks wonderful and enhanced the look (and certainly the value) of the property. We were constantly consulted on decisions related to material and design, and the Ion's craftsmanship is evident in the final product. We highly recommend I.C. "The repair was to the property front steps (brick/cement/stone). The job was done at a very reasonable price, in the manner that was explained to me and it was done in a timely manner. Jim kept me informed all the way through the project as to what was going on, and his team came when they said they would come, they did the work professionally, and they cleaned up afterwards. They were great to work with, and there were absolutely no problems. I would certainly hire them again to do any of the same type of work in the future. 5 stars for these guys!!"

"Hired Agustin to point and rebuild an existing stone wall. In addition, there were other repairs to be done to existing steps and cap. He did a terrific job on the initial work order and we extended the scope of the work to include other repairs. His price was competitive and he was very professional, friendly and courteous. He made sure everything was cleaned up after completion. Would definitely recommend him and would absolutely hire him again."

"We hired Michael and his team to replace our front walk and back patio. For the front walkway, they removed all of the old bricks and stacked them neatly out of the way in the woods, and then leveled everything and installed new pavers. They also used mortar to set the edging in place. They had to remove the old sand and brought in aggregate and stone dust as a base. In the back, they re-used the old bricks but had to remove everything, level it out, and then re-install. New aggregate and stone dust here too. Completed everything in three days and worked very long hours (7am to 7 pm). We made a few small adjustments along the way and the guys were very accomodating. Would definitely hire this crew again."

"All aspects of the job went as well as it possibly could. The carpenter patched the roof so one couldn’t even tell a chimney had ever been there. The large metal chimney was removed without incident. The gas fireplace insert needed to be cut out so as to preserve the brick encasing the fireplace and the wood mantel. Jim then expertly installed the electric fireplace, doing a beautiful job both solidly securing the new fireplace and making sure the presentation of the fireplace was perfect! It was a pleasure to see someone take meticulous care throughout the entire job, which included thoroughly cleaning up afterwards."
